‘Hefty Cuteness, Capturing the Woven Texture of Time: Chevy Millstone Stool’

A stool reinterpreted by adding three-dimensional texture to the round form of a traditional millstone. 

A lattice embossing pattern wrapping the entire seat creates deep shadows and dimensionality with the light. 

Carving details extending to the legs add a contrast between the hefty form and delicate texture. 

Most of the process is done by hand, so each piece has its own unique form and grain.
